Deposit Policy

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
If you decide to pay in FULL understand that is considered a deposit and it is NON-REFUNDABLE. Any
REMAINING BALANCE CAN BE PAID IN CASH OR ZELLE ONLY. Apple pay is accepted but there will be a $5 fee added on. (CASH APP add an additional $3 fee)

Tardy Policy

It is important that you arrive to your appointment on time.
There is a 10-minute grace period. AFTER 10 minutes there will be a $10 fee.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule please do so 24-48 hours before scheduled appointment.
Any appointments CANCELED SAME DAY will be required to book a new appointment WITH A NEW DEPOSIT!
Your deposit can be transferred ONE TIME per scheduled appointment if cancelled within the required time.
Any deposits not used within 30 days will not be returned.
