OPWDD Supports and Services Description: Services under the OPWDD umbrella support individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Eileen M. Haynes oversees the Office of General Counsel which provides legalguidance and support tothe Commissioner, Executive leadership and OPWDD staff on the myriad of issues arising from the delivery of supports and services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
